"Flourish - Maximize Individual Strengths, Create Stronger Collaborative Teams"

Speaker:  Mea Austin

Developing your strengths – the things you’re good at and actually enjoy doing – makes it eighteen times more likely you’ll describe yourself as “flourishing” at work? (Psychology today 2016.)  Most of us worry about getting rid of our weaknesses.  The truth is, you may never overcome your weaknesses, but you can make significant changes in the way you live and work that allow you to flourish.   As an authorized Licensee of the Culture Index TM., I provide each individual attendee with objective data about the way they think and behave.  Each participant receives concrete tools and coaching to help them use their strengths to thrive at work, and at home.   We will discover how to take those individual strengths to increase the ability of your team/group to communicate and collaborate.  This program will maximize the results of teams and allow individuals to flourish.

REQUEST:  Please complete this brief survey as you register. Please complete well before the event. It will give the topic more depth. Mea will use actual data during the event to create more impact. Be sure to hit the continue buttons for both pages.  The last page stays up with no finish button, it is auto sent to her. Here is a link for the survey:
