Bio:  
The epitome of energy and enthusiasm as a customer service and experience expert, Scott is the founding partner of the Wichita Healthcare Academy, Director for the Kansas City Healthcare Academy,  HFMA Board Member as well as a past MGMA and KAHPAM Board Member.  Scott has spent nearly 3 decades training, implementing, coaching and consulting Customer Service skills.  For the past 9 years, Scott has worked for Central States Recovery as a healthcare account manager and consultant. His passion is working with clinics and hospitals who want to build loyal relationships with their patients and staff.  Through excellent customer service,  Scott’s clients experience significant increases in their accounts receivable!  Scott uses his experience and foresight to proactively address customer service issues, in healthcare, before they become a problem.
