Working Smarter Amidst Rapid Change in Medical Practice Management

A discussion with Bruce Bagley, MD, on how to understand, manage and facilitate the many changes coming into medical practices.

Dr. Bagley will do a short presentation that will begin with a brief environmental scan (why?) followed by what things need to change (what?) and then how you might go about it (how?). He will then take questions from MGMA members.

This small group setting will allow MGMA members the valuable opportunity to pick the brain of a physician on how to best work with physicians, particularly in facilitating change.
